Contact enquiries: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the subject you select, and the message you write.
Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and the date you subscribed.
Site performance: aggregated page-view counts and Core Web Vitals measurements gathered by Vercel Analytics. These do not identify you personally.
Consent preference: whether you accepted or rejected cookies, stored in your browser's localStorage under the key lvm-cookie-consent.
How we use it
We use contact enquiries only to answer you. We use newsletter addresses only to send the newsletter. We use aggregated performance data to improve the site.
We never sell your data. We never share it with advertising networks.
Who we share it with
Resend (EU-based email delivery provider) processes contact-form emails so we can receive them at info@lavillamarbella.com.
Google processes the Maps iframe shown on our Location and Contact pages. Google may set its own cookies under google.com when the iframe loads.
Vercel hosts the website and provides aggregated traffic and performance analytics.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions: 24 months from the date you send them, so we can follow up if needed.
Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
Aggregated analytics: per Vercel's default retention.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access to your data, correction of anything inaccurate, erasure of your data, or a portable copy. You can also withdraw consent at any time.
