The House · La Casa

No two rooms alike.

Every room carries the name of a city of the East, and each is dressed in its own register. More than a place to sleep: a quiet retreat where Asian design meets the calm of an Andalusian house 167 years old.

The pairing took twenty years of quiet collecting.

Light moves through these rooms slowly. The materials were chosen for the way they hold quiet: paper, lacquer, hand-loomed cloth, the warm dark of carved wood.

Mindfulness, by accident, not design.
